Pay Winter Guard and Winter Percussion Fees
For the 2023-2024 school year:
- Winter Guard (Varsity and Junior Varsity): $350
(payable on December 1) - Cadet Guard: $100
(payable on December 1) - Winter Percussion: $350
(payable as soon as the ensemble is selected)
The 3% processing fee must be calculated manually. Simply multiply the amount you would like to pay by 1.03 and send that total.
Examples:
- To pay $100, send $103.00 (100 x 1.03)
- To pay $200, send $206.00 (200 x 1.03)
- To pay $350, send $360.50 (350 x 1.03)
etc...
The actual amount paid will be divided by 1.03 to account for the processing fee.
If you pay $100, $97.09 will be credited. If you pay $103.00, $100 will be credited.
Processing fees only apply to these online transactions. Processing fees are avoided by paying via a check sent to the high school:
