2025 Peaches Fundraiser

The timing of this fundraiser obeys the schedule of the harvest, not the schedule of Marching Band. The reward is fantastic, fresh, Georgia peaches, AND this fundraiser directly credits your student account!

We are faced with the challenge that distribution of the order forms and subsequent collection of orders necessarily will happen almost before we get started with summer practices. We want to get the order forms along with expectations out there NOW, and collect your orders when practice begins on June 20th. This is the evening of the first full ensemble practice of the year!

Start taking orders NOW. Collect the money (cash or check) NOW. Turn in both the order form and money by June 20th. We will not order peaches that have not been paid for.

● All orders and money are due on Friday, June 20, 2025.
● We will be doing this online, the link for online orders is below.
● If you would like to do paper for orders and then add all orders to the online portal, we have included a paper form for you. It will also be a great way to keep track of who ordered from you!
● Collect the money now. We will only place orders that are paid in advance.
● PLEASE use the online order link to put all of your orders in for this fundraiser. We are doing this via the online format because the orders must be in before students are back in band practice for an in person collection.
● Make sure you include your student’s name in the orders.

If using the paper order form for tracking and collecting money, have your customers pay YOU in cash or check, and then make one payment at the link, below. Note: There is a service charge on every credit transaction. The service charge will be charged against your profit on this fundraiser, which means you will make about $7 per case sold, after the transaction fees are taken out. We will only subtract the actual transaction fee which is 2.9% + $0.30. You do not have to pay online, you are welcome to send an envelope to the school with cash and/or checks, which will incur no fees and you will make $8/case sold.
